Door opens. Alex and Derek enters the hospital. Derek putting on his lab coat as Alex hands him his coffee.
"Look Alex, I am not questioning your potential nor am I questioning your capability as a future Peds surgeon but...".. He stops for a while and looked at Alex. "... This case is already under Dr. Robbins."
They continued walking until they reached the nurses' station where Callie was using the phone and making a phone call.
" Dr. Shepperd, I understand that but you know and Robbins knows I can do this. It's just a simple fever, the kid hasn't even hit the 38 degree mark and..."
They both suddenly stopped. Both looked at Callie making a phone call.
"What?" Callie stops and covers the phone. "It's important okay?"
Both men continued talking as Callie hangs up the phone and writes something on a sheet from the nurse's desk.
"Robbins is on another major operation, and by the time she comes here, that boy might feel worse and..." Callie interrupts.
"Seriously? Stop calling your attending with her last name.." Callie went out of the nurse's station and stood right next to Alex.
"..that ROBBINS you're calling is your attending. Not some military girl in a camouflage and you as a girl scout master!".
Derek chuckles as he takes a sip from his coffee.
"What? it's suddenly an issue calling Robbins as ROBBINS when it's fine with her? Alex face looking disgusted.
"Says who?"- Callie.
"Robbins" - Alex.
"Oh really? You're a baby intern and she is your Boss, she is an attending, she's the Head of Peds Department in this hospital for gods sake!".. - Callie.
"We're fr..." as Callie covers Alex' mouth with a folder binder.
"Don't even think about finishing your sentence and letting that F word come out of your mouth because that's completely opposite your personality...believe me, I will absolutely pour this coffee on you.." as he grabs Derek's coffee.

"Seriously Karev, you don't want to mess with me." as Callie looks at Derek's coffee.
Derek laughs and becomes serious. Places his hands on both Alex' shoulders.
" There's a lot of patients around Karev. This is already Dr. Robbins' case. The patient wants YOUR Boss to take this case.." turns his back to leave.
"On a 38 degree fever on a 9 year old boy named Tom.."- Derek cuts him.
"Robbins. Tom Robbins.. Her nephew." Derek smiles as he leaves the nurses' station.
"Wow! My wife has a nephew!" looks at Alex " I didn't know she had a nephew".
Alex laughs. April comes in and noticed Alex laughing.
"What's the party?" - April
"what? You've been married for over a year and you don't know that slight little thing about your wife?" laughs and speaks again. " What, you think gay people don't have nephews?" chuckles.
"What is he talking about?" April wondering.
" Dr. Kepner, as your attending, answer me a simple question.. Who is your trauma attending?" staring at Alex.
"Dr. Hunt?"... Wondering what to answer.

Inside the Operating Room.
Jackson Avery/ Arizona Robbins

Arizona finishing stitches on a patient. Avery looking over and keeping the chest of the patient still.
"And we're almost there.." - Arizona
Avery looks on.

Arizona looks at Avery with authority.
"You really want to talk about this now Avery?.." as she took another stroke of stitch. ".. Because I can answer that and we'll start talking about you being a terrible boyfriend to Dr. Kepner and don't start about kids with me.." -Arizona while people inside the OR looking and chuckling.
"I thought what I said was a complement.." as she handed scissors to Arizona.
"-- we are here to operate Avery. We can talk about all the crap you want to talk about once we've closed this child's chest, otherwise we will expose her to infections due to the fact that you are so interested with my being gay and not on this kid..." focusing on finishing the stitches.
"I'm sorry, Ma'am." in a soft tone.
"Doctor Robbins" Arizona blurts as she stroked the last stitch. "... And we're done here."

Miranda Bailey/ Owen Haunt/ Callie Torres/ Derek Shepperd
Preparing for incoming patients with scrubs

"We got fair number of patients today huh?" - Bailey fixing her scrub cap.
"Slow day.." as Callie looks from the incoming ambulance. "Arizona has a nephew.. I didn't even know she had one!" with disbelief on her face.
Cristina Yang enters the scene.
"Everyone has nephews." Looking at Callie. "What? You think because her brother died makes her impossible to have one?" as Yang looks at Callie. "..she probably has cousins okay? And besides, that kid is almost like your half skater wife.." with a blank face.
"And what does that supposed to mean?" with Callie's face wondering.
"The kid is wearing skates." Owen continues.
" Maybe we could start preparing ourselves for the incoming patients and not talk about a normal boy wearing skates like her aunt." staring at Cristina.
Ambulance stops in front of the receiving area as they pulled out 3 patients with multiple head trauma.

"Mom, I want to see Aunt Zona" - Tom slumping himself on the bed.
Tom Robbins. A little blonde, blue-eyed like Arizona with rosy cheeks and thin.
"Your aunt is on her way, honey. She's just saving a little girl on the table, you know showing her plants and rainbows from the backyard.." Nancy brushing through her son's blonde hair.
"Mom, this is a hospital. Why can't she do it here inside? She's a doctor." - the boy adorably reasons out.
"Smart kid, but it helps when one sees a rainbow. No blood. No pain. No stitches.. She'll be here in a min.." - Col. Robbins, Arizona's father.
Alex enters the room.
"Col. Robbins, uhmm.." looking scared at how Daniel stares at him. "..ahh... Dr. Robbins just finished a major operation and she's just talking to the child's parents.." Daniel still looking.
"I want to see the rainbow outside Grandpa." - Tom looking tired.
"Can you tell my daughter, Tom refuses other doctors and throws tantrums being attended by any other doctors in this hospital? - Daniel looking concerned.
" I will tell Dr. Robbins, Sir. Ahhhh Col. Robbins." - Alex looking nervous.
" I want to see the rainbow outside!!" Tom starting to throw tantrums, tired of waiting.
"There's no rainbow outside..." as he looked at Daniel Robbins- looking at him with authority. ".. b-but we could go out and check th- the beautiful rainbow here in Seattle!" Alex with a forced smile on his face.

"Callie! Callie! If you have time, could you go drop by Paeds and check on Tom? I promised him I'd be there but I have this major major emergency and... Please?".. Grinning Arizona.
"bu-- I-- I---".. Callie wasn't able to finish her words. "Geez, I am not yet done here."

"There's no rainbow" Tom looking sad.
"I never said there is a rainbow, I said we could check." Alex impatiently answered.
"Aunt Zona said rainbows are like stitches and operations. Only, it doesn't hurt. Like it makes people happy, it makes people heal.." Tom answers with a smile on his face.
"And you seriously sound like Dr. Robbins...your aunt.." - Alex
Tom smiles looking up.
"And it does make people happy." - Tom
"Dude, there's no rainbow." - Alex says looking at Tom.
" But Auntie said imagination will do.".. Sighs
Silence.
"Can I have a paper plane?" Tom asks with eyes widens.
"Maybe you could imagine on that too?" sarcastic Alex "....ok, let's go to..." Alex thinking where to go. "I have an idea. Come with me, quick!" Alex grabbing Toms hand and carrying him on his back.

"Hello Col. Robbins.." shaking his hand. "Arizona just ran by earlier, she had this major emergency but she'll definitely come by here. Where's Tom? - Callie
"He went out with an intern.." - Nancy answers. Callie's face wondering
".. Yeah, that cute guy with round eyes" Nancy smiling
"cute guy? I doubt if that's Ka--" Callie with disbelief.

"Wow! I see , you guyz are big fan of Karev." Callie sarcastically answers.
April Kepner enters the room.
"Dr. Torres 911 Trauma.
"I'm so sorry Col. Robbins,. I- I.." Callie trying to excuse herself.
"Okay, we'll be fine here."

"Avery, you did a great job today. You can go to your plastics forte." Arizona smiles as she leaves.
"Dr. Robbins, I'm sorry about what I said. I- I.." Avery explaining.
" Avery, you're a good doctor. But you know why, Karev and I get along in the OR, outside OR?.. He doesn't asks me with all these questions about my personal life. I can work with him and let him hate my guts, but.. But! He doesn't ask." Arizona pointing out to Avery.
"So you prefer an intern not asking anything?" Avery asks.
"When the intern is not sucking up. When the intern has the potential to excel on his chosen expertise not trying to get personal with me just to hit my soft spot. When it's genuine." -Arizona
"Well, what I said was genuine." - Avery
"It sometimes comes with the total package.". - Arizona with a smile on her face

Callie/Bailey/Cristina
Cafeteria

"So have you seen roller skate junior down the hall?" Cristina taking a bite of her sandwich. "You should have seen that mini Arizona with male genitals, I wonder how a mini Callie looks like. Maybe you could fly one of your nephews too from Spain.."
"Stop it!" - Bailey stopping Cristina from saying more than she should.
" yeah, so we could see how boy versions of.."
"Yang, if you don't stop talking nonsense about innocent children who live all the way from Spain, I'm gonna have to walk away from here and tell Dr. Robbins how you're enjoying this." - Bailey with her typical tone.
"I'm just exploring my wild imagination, Bailey. It's not like you didn't.." - Cristina reasoning out.
"---shhhhhh!!! No talking!".. -Bailey interrupts.
"I want to have a peaceful, amazing time with Sofia.."
Bailey and Cristina becomes quiet.
"..like I go home and just play with her without thinking of someone who's mature and adult and more than capable in motivating a 15year old girl to walk, cleaning up some drops of urine somewhere on the floor and or changing of straps or pulling someone up and.. And.." - Callie starting to talk so fast.
"Torres, you're stressed out. And maybe you just need a little quality time with Sofia and Arizo--".. Bailey trying to comfort her.
"She can't be with Arizona because Arizona is her problem.." Cristina interrupts.
"You answer, when you're spoken to Yang, I'm trying to point out something to Torres that might help and not state what is obvious from what she just said." -Bailey widens her eyes on Cristina.
"..Torres, I know this whole thing at the trauma room, I know it's a little bit stressing.." - as Bailey robs Callie's back.
"Not to mention my ex husband is there, what more could be depressing, right?" -Cristina cuts in.
"Yang, you open your mouth one more time, I swear to my next surgery with a patient having a major trouble with his heart enlargement, I will not let you scrub in. You speak, when I tell you to speak, you clear on that? - Bailey
Cristina nods.
" Bailey, I don't have expertise with marriage. Let alone my failed marriage with George. And now, now,.. This thing with Arizona is sucking my energy. Like I am unable to do the things that I want. I can't go anywhere else other than this hospital..." Callie in tears.
"Torres.." - Bailey
"No. No Bailey. I want my life back. I want my... I want a divorce." Callie's face fixed and blank.
Bailey in shock. Silence among the three ladies.
"C..can I say something?.." Yang while sipping on her drink.
"No bashing..." - Bailey
Cristina looks at a tall, old man from Callie's back and points using her mouth. Bailey looked and was shocked.
"what?" - Callie slowly looks back.
Daniel Robbins was standing right behind Callie and has been listening to their conversation. Callie was speechless and stood up. Trying to grasp a word.
"Col. Robbins.. I.. I didn't kno..." - Callie's voice trembling as she was caught saying she wants to divorce the daughter of the man right in front of her.

"I was looking for you Dr. Torres, actually." Danny can't stop looking at her in the eye. With mixed emotions of anger and sadness. " I was wondering if you saw Tom, our Tom. And my guess is that, it'd probably be too much for you to handle looking for my grandson.." - Daniel looking at Bailey as Bailey felt caught off-guard as well.
"Col. Robbins.. I.. I.. I'm sorry, I.." Callie breaks her tone.
" I was looking for you Dr. Torres... And I found my daughter's.. My daughter's wife." as he sighed heavily and left Callie still in shock.

" How come we don't have these ice cream pops back home?" -Tom asking Karev while licking his pops. "Tastes really, really good Karev!" as Tom runs.
"It's Dr. Karev. Hey! Let's go this place that will most likely give us the rainbow you're looking for." Alex smiles.
"Really?!! Aren't you going to get in trouble for taking me to places?"...
As they walked away.

"Hey! Have you dropped by Tom's room yet? Geez! I am so going to cuddle that kid! And I so miss you.." smiling as she holds Callie on her waist and kisses her. "and you will come with me with my Dad and my favourite nephew for a dinner later!" as she kisses her again.
"Yeah.. Yeah, that'd be awesome.. " Callie, trying to keep calm.
Bailey looks on.
" I have seen your adorable nephew and boy! He's pretty smart!".. - Meridith says as she notices Bailey and Callie looks at each other.
"I know, he likes to read and he started reading since he was about 4. And that's why he wears glasses this early. And Callie, you will love him. He'd like to see Sofia too!"- Arizona answers with excitement.
"Yeah, sure, I think that's a very good idea! Let him play with a toddler. Who doesn't even know how to walk.. Yet.. " Callie answers and she is obviously worried and in the verge of panicking.
"Is there something wrong? Are you doing something else tonight? Wh- what is wrong? Asks Arizona as she knows Callie is disturbed.
"No, nothing! I'm just a little nervous with your Dad and.. And.. Geez! I don't know what to say! Haha.. Yeah, that's right. " Callie answers as she looks back and forth Bailey and Meridith.
"Ok! Settled then! See you tonight!" Arizona kisses her wife again and runs to go to Tom's room.

"No chance" Tom sighs.. Looking at the sky "There's no rainbow in here.. Karev, do you come here often? " - Tom
"It's Dr. Karev. I'm your doctor so you call me Dr. Karev, alright? And yes, sometimes I go here when I patient is being transferred here through a chopper." as he throws out a paper plane.
"So you look for a rainbow sometimes huh?". -Tom
Alex nods.
So you're more like me too. You know you and I will become good friends Karev!".. Tom says as he jumps out throwing more paper planes.
"--it's Dr. Karev. We can be friends but you will call me Dr. Karev, are we clear on that?- Alex explains to Tom.
"..we are friends now. Besides Auntie lets you call her Robbins!".. Tom looking at the sky.
" She talks to you about me?" - Alex feeling flattered.
"Yeah, she let's you call her Robbins because you two are friends.." - Tom looking at Alex with a smile.
"..wait, she said we're friends?".. Alex in disbelief.
"Yeah! Of course. She says you're a hardcore doctor. That if she's not here, you will be there and that we should look for you. And that's why Granpa and my Mom decided to let me go with you because they trust you."--
"Has she mentioned anything bad about me?" Alex smiling at the kid.
" She said you're not friends outside this hospital. You never give treats.."
Alex smiles at the thought that his attending has put up good words about him.
"--hey look! There's the rainbow!!" Tom smiles and jumps out.

"She took care of you".. Bailey says while fixing some papers.
"I'm sorry what?" Callie asks while looking at what Bailey is doing.
"She never left you for 9 months. You were unconscious. You were in a deep sleep for 9 months. 9 months of looking after you and Sofia. Juggling up from the Paeds to the recovery room, in between operations. Her life was almost multiplied in 4 different Arizona.".. Bailey states recalling Callie's accident.
"Bailey, you don't have to remind me of this, I know, I know, I perfectly know what she's done for me and Sofia, I know.. " as Callie cries feeling completely confused.
" All I'm saying Torres is that, you might want to step back and remember how helpless you were. She had the option to just leave and not care or maybe go to Malawi. She didn't give up. She never left.".. Bailey handing her a tissue.
"I know Bailey, this is not something that we have to recall on memory lane.. I--" Bailey cuts her off.
"Listen to me, this is a big decision. You can't just leave Arizona just because you want your life back. This is what marriage is all about. It's not about living together in one roof, not just about having good sex, not just spending time together how it used to.." - Bailey
"Bailey, please..." Callie
".. It's not just about fighting for a same sex wedding. It's about staying when things go wrong. When things are not normal anymore. You pull each other up and I know you want your life back. But that woman, that amazing blonde woman, all kids love just lost her leg and the last thing she'd ever want to lose is her wife." Bailey looks at her with tears in her eyes.
"I'm just.. I'm just not myself lately. Sofia is growing up and there's too much too much on my plate right now. And I miss how Arizona takes care of me. Of herself. Of Sofia. And I feel like I feel so tired. I'm tired." - Callie wipes her tears.
"It's funny how you want your life back. When you are your wife's life. Think about it."
Bailey leaver her as she cried harder.

"Dad! I am so sorry! I'm so sorry. There's just too much work today and I tried to finish everything as fast as I could but.." Arizona holding paper planes for Tom ".. Where is Tom?" asks Arizona
" He's with Karev, I saw them earlier and they went upstairs.." Daniel sighs and hugs her daughter. " Have you spoken to Callie?" Daniel puts his hands on Arizona's shoulders.
"Yup! Earlier I saw her at the nurse's station and she's excited to meet Tom and we can have him play with Sofia." - Arizona
Daniel looked at Arizona with pain and hugs his daughter.
"I love you. And I know you know that, but I am your biggest fan and when things fall apart, when no one is left, Daddy is here to stay." - Daniel
"Is there something wrong? I mean, everyone has been acting really weird today and it's freaking me out.." Arizona looks at her father's blue eyes like hers and notices the tears on his eyes.
" Daddy, you're in tears, are you okay? Coz I'm not used to seeing you like this. Not even when got married, not even when I almost died from the plane crash. Daddy.. You're making me cry too." Arizona breaks down seeing her father cry.

Alex/Tom/Arizona/Callie
Top of the building

Callie looking at married couples from outside of the hospital. Making her smile recalling how funny Arizona was. How the relationship blossomed from the bathroom incident. Arizona's authority issues. She suddenly remembers the sacrifices Arizona did for the marriage/ relationship.
Fade.
Arizona went on top of the building to see Tom and Alex but even before he reached the top of the building, she saw them sitting at a bench just when you reach the rooftop.
Alex sleeping and holding Tom with blanket on and asleep. Arizona smiled as she looked at the two boys she considers her favorites.
" Karev, Karev..." as she tries to wake him up.
Alex wakes up and realized the sun is already down.
".. Go take a rest, I'll take care of this boy.".. - Arizona

"No, I'll take him back down so we won't disturb this big boy's sleep." Alex says as he carries Tom.
Arizona stops him for a while.
"Thank you so much Karev." - Arizona
"You're welcome Dr. Robbins"- as he turns his back, Arizona blurts out.
"Arizona.. Or Robbins".. Flashing her super magic smile.
Alex walks away.
As Alex and Tom fades from her sight, she saw Jackson Avery passed by. She runs to catch up.
"Avery! Avery!"
Avery stops and looks back at Arizona.
"Yes, Dr. Robbins?"
Silence.
"Ask me anything." - Arizona
While Avery wondering what to ask.
"Just ask me anything." Arizona wanting to be asked by Avery so bad. "JUST ASK ME ANYTHING DAMN IT!" screaming at Avery.
